shipping and delivery info
1. all payment must be made before parcel is posted out.
2. all parcels will be posted within three days after payment has been made unless for special case. we will notify you from time to time
3. postage costs are to be beared by buyers.
4. hallo, couture! will notify you once the items are sent out to the post office complete with your tracking number as refrence.
5. kindly notify us once you received the items or call as soon as possible if you didn’t get anything after one week. we assume the item has been safely received by customer if we didn’t hear from u after one week.
charges
1. pos laju : rm eight for west malaysia and rm ten for sabah and sarawak [for five hundred grams. rm two increment for every two hundred and fifty grams]
recommended
delivery time frame: within one working day for west malaysia, within two to three working days for east malayisa
details:
signature of recipient required upon delivery (someone will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. or else, the postman will leave a collection slip. you can either call and arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at your nearest post office)
items are covered with insurance (compensation by pos malaysia)
2. pos ekspress: rm five (small items only)
delivery time frame : one to three working days depending on area
details:
bigger risk : no signature required upon delivery (postman will drop it in your mailbox)
parcel is track-able, but there is no accurate detail on the parcel status and there will be no compensation if parcel is lost
customers who opt for pos ekpress method are expected to use it at their own risk.
3. international courier / outside of malaysia
we ship internationally. postage fees will depend on your country. charges will be advised upon order confirmation.
