3. hallo, couture! held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods. it is important for customer to make sure the address given is the right one

4. items not paid for within three days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.

5. back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. we would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.

6. all price is non-negotiable unless if stated otherwise

7. clothes are styled with additional pieces and accessories for suggestions and show purposes only. all additional pieces and accessories are not included with the sale of the main described selling piece. 





8. we go to the post office once per week, basically on tuesday. payment received after twelve am on monday will be considered as next batch

9. restockable items: item can still be replenished from our supplier. you may mail us for a restock order. we will require a full payment (inclusive of postage) for any orders to be restocked, in prevention of back outs. this rule apply to all customers. for cash on delivery, full payment or at least 50% of deposit should be made also to avoid back-outs!

10. disclaimer: colour on pictures might be slightly different from the real one due to our camera lighting and your monitor. for authentic items, we don’t claim ourselves as a registered dealer but we share with you what we have and you may return the item if you found it is a fake. it’s all about trust and the price is cheaper because we get it from overseas which the currency is much much better and because of few other reasons which we cant tell (;

exchange policy

1. exchange can only be done when the item received is wrong color or size than the ordered item.

2. all exchanges should be done within three working days.

3. should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.

4. exchange items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn.

5. any exchange done for personal reasons, buyer will bear the costs of postage.

payment method

1. currently we only accept bank transfer through maybank, cimb and bank islam.

2. we will provide out bank details when confirmation is made for an order.

3. please make sure you bank in the exact amount. since cash deposit doesn’t accept the rm one note, you are advisable to notify us to transfer back the balance of your money to your account by sending us an email and account details. due to our busyness, we wont proceed with this process unless if you notify us. [we strictly cant put the cash balance together with item in parcel]
